Frankel ADR, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin, provides award-winning mediation, arbitration and litigation consulting to individuals throughout Central Wisconsin. My mission is to help parties resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible so they can get on with their lives with a minimum of unnecessary expense and conflict.

I am attorney Mark Frankel, a retired Dane County Circuit Court judge who also spent 14 years in private and corporate law practice. I have a long track record of helping lawyers and their clients resolve complex legal disputes that had seemingly reached an impasse.

I also serve as a special master/referee and provide litigation consulting and expert witness services. I work with firms throughout the state, including Madison, Milwaukee, Stoughton, Green Bay and Fond du Lac.
